Oh yes, I have some of those from time to time. And sometimes for the silliest reasons like this one. I needed to find the position of an element inside a Vector and just a second before writing my own routine thought about giving a go to the
reference. Oh boy I'm glad I did:
Vector.indexOf() and
Vector.lastIndexOf().
